It’s almost time for Valentine’s Day, and if you are planning something regal and special for the big day with your better half, then the Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte is out with a 14-Carat Chocolate Package that highlights “the wonder, drama and romance that is chocolate – and more”. The package will take you to The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte’s Bar Cocoa hotel which is an all-dessert dining and culinary school experience for a couple and put on offer two “treasured keepsakes”, a Le Vian Chocolate Diamond with 14-carat white gold necklace, and a chocolate-hued writing instrument courtesy Montblanc.

For the foodies, you can savour a five-course all-dessert Champagne and Chocolate Dinner, with offerings such as Caramelized Lemon Chiboust and Berry Consommé served with Perrier-Jouët Grand Brüt, or Chocolate Pistachio & Raspberry Macaron with Moët & Chandon Nectar Rosé Imperial. Apart from the meal the spa will offer Honey Detox and Chocolate Truffle Body Treatment and Massage for Two. The package is priced at $14,000 and will be available on all weekends in the month of February, 2012 apart from Valentine’s Day as well.
